The administration provides the guest with the opportunity to stay at the hotel only during the paid period of time. If you wish to extend your stay at the hotel, please inform the administrator no later than one day before the end of the stay. If the room is booked by other people, the guest may be provided with another room (subject to availability).

Quiet hours at the hotel are mandatory from 22:00 to 08:00 the next morning according to the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Art. 437. The hotel administration reserves the right to evict a guest for inappropriate behavior at any time of the day, excessive noise, smoking in the room. The fine for smoking is 20,000 tenge.

It is strictly forbidden to bring explosives, weapons, flammable materials and other dangerous chemicals, electric heating devices, animals, perishable products, including smoked fish, into the room.

The Administration is not responsible for ensuring the safety of the guest's valuable property if this property is not transferred to the Administration for storage.

The guest shall compensate for damage caused to the hotel property according to the price list established by the hotel.

When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the lights and electrical appliances, close the taps, windows, and the front door.

When checking out, the guest is required to hand over the room, towels and key to the administrator.
