1. Wait for the Online Booking Module to load.

2. Specify the arrival and departure dates.

3. Select the currency display (debits will only be in tenge).

3. Select the desired room type and additional services.

4. Fill in the guest's contact information.

5. Select a payment method:

- upon check-in,

- bank transfer for individuals (payment by MIR card via the link),

- bank transfer for legal entities (payment by invoice).

6. After making your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you provided.
